Crazy.

I just weighed the twins, and I knew there was a little bit of a weight difference, but I didnt realize it was THAT big of a difference!

I LOVED tonights show!! I cant believe Kat Deely put Twitchs GRILL in HER mouth! I just about died laughing when I saw that!

Katee and Joshua are still my favorites, and I was so glad to see them coupled this week! There wasnt a single dance that I didnt love! All of the other dancers are SO good too ... I have NO clue who will be going home tomorrow. Who did YOU vote for?

4 More Days!

I just PRE-ORDERED my copy of Breaking Dawn!

I found out about the Twilight Series last year, and read all three in September. So I have had to wait 10 long months for Breaking Dawn to be released! I have read the series, 4 times. Yes, 4. I would liked to have read the books one more time before this weekend, but all of my copies are at my brothers house. His wife is still reading them. (He read all three before she did!) Anyway, im just so excited.

Can I just say how much I LOVE Target?!

A new Target just opened near my house. (Lake Mead and Water Street) This Target is AMAZING. Its better than the one on Eastern. Its HUGE! So, it has a bigger food selection, and a bigger clothing selection! The store is so clean, (duh, its brand new) but the Staff was REALLY nice as well. In a few different areas we were asked if we needed help finding anything (there were probably more employees in the store than customers ... the store hasnt even had its Grand Opening yet ...)

I LOVE the Target brand diapers, and baby wipes. I usually find any excuse to go roam through Target. Im almost out of diapers, so it looks like I'll be making a stop there tomorrow!

Bubbles at the Sink!

Yesterday the girls were a little bored, so I filled the kitchen sink up with bubbles and let them have at it! They really enjoyed themselves! Claire is in the white, Carlie is in the stripes.


I think you can totally tell the difference in the girls here. Carlie is a little more filled out than Claire. I mean come on! Look at those chubby cheeks!!
I even got the fun on video! Claire keeps saying, "I wish, I wish, I wish!" Carlie was totally into cleaning the faucet! (Sorry, the video is kinda long)

This morning I came out of my room after I had showered and gotten dressed (all before 9am) and Claire said "Oh Cute, momma!" Isnt that sweet?

I asked Carlie to help clean up some toys before my Visiting Teachers came over, and she said "NO! NEVER!" whats with saying NEVER?! I think its kinda funny...

The girls were fighting over something, and I told them to take turns. So, this is the little conversation I over heard

Carlie had whatever it was they were fighting over.
Claire: Ok sissy, my turn!
Carlie: Not Yet!
Claire: Ok.
Carlie a few seconds later: Ok sissy, YOUR turn!

It was just too cute!

Claire will just randomly say "I Lolve You!" (yes, the extra L is in there. she says it kinda funny)

Whatcha Doing?

This is a question I get asked by Carlie, several times a day. She knows exactly what Im doing, but she just likes to ask!

I recently quit my job and am LOVING being at home with the girls. I can really see the difference in their behavior, with me being home. Yes, they still hit, push and yell at eachother and fight over any and everything ... but there are less tantrums thrown!

I have been slowly getting back into a cleaning routine. I have done pretty well with keeping my front rooms, and kitchen clean. Now I just need to work on the rest of the house.

I FINALLY figured out how to work PhotoShop so I can Digi-Scrap! I watched a few tutorials, and found that this one http://www.theshabbyshoppe.com/tutorials/software_tutorials.asp was the most helpful.
I am SO excited to get the last 3 years Scrapbooked.

I have been LOVING So You Think You Can Dance this season. My favorites are Katee and Joshua, Chelsea and Mark, and of course Will. Im not too sure how I like them switching up the couples, but I guess I'll deal. And whats up with bringing Comfort back?! My guess is Comfort and Mark or Gev will be going home tonight.

Since I am staying home now, I am in DESPERATE need of interaction with others, other than my twins! If anyone knows of any play groups let me know!

Oh yea, I got my TOP braces off!! WOOHOO!!

Claire

Claire and Carlie hit each other more than a few times a day. Most of the time, I see who hit who, and the hitter spends some quality time, in Time Out. The girls understand Time Out, and stay in their designated naughty area. Its the saying sorry part that Claire is having a hard time with. She stays in T.O. but REFUSES to say sorry! I put her back into time out until she says sorry, but she just wont say anything. I dont know what to do with her! She is also the biter of the two. I dont know how to stop that either. Any suggestions?

Lunch in St. George

(Last post, I promise) On our way back home, I got to meet up with my friend Morgan at the Pizza Factory, with her little girls! My girls were BEYOND needing a nap! I also decided that 4 kids under 4 is HARD!!

Just some randoms.

I always try to get a picture of the family before we leave. Claire didnt feel like taking a picture.

I found some different options on my camera this weekend, and took a few pictures of some flowers in the front yard.
I love this pink one.

I always take a picture of the house right before we leave as well. Its fun to see the plants grow, and see the house in different seasons. We usually go in the winter. In the back yard there is a garden with 16 rows of veggies! We LOVE having this house in the family, and hope to make another trip up in a month or so.

A lot of our time this weekend was spent just hanging outside on the front porch. The weather was great. It was a little stormy on Sunday, but the times that it wasnt raining, it was SO nice out. The girls really enjoyed being outside and being able to run around!

Pub Mix... Grandma and Grandpa Valentine, had some pub mix and the girls got into it. They liked most of it, except for a few pieces. Carlie got something she didnt like, and had to spit it back into the can. dont worry, we threw it away... But the look on their faces is just FUNNY!

Kim and Keri took the girls to the park while Aaron and I went to get ice cream. The girls loved playing!

Picnic at the Yankee

Saturday morning we headed out to the Yankee for a little picnic. I wanted to go fishing, but we didnt get fishing licenses. The girls enjoyed being outside, and didnt really mind the bugs too much.

Happy 4th of July!

4th of July was spent in Parowan this year. The weather was BEAUTIFUL! We had a lot of fun hanging out in the front yard running around with the girls.

Carlie did really well with the Sparklers! Although she prefered having Kim help her a little bit.

After we did sparklers in the front yard, we had to go over to the main park to light off the rest of our little fireworks. (That was kinda lame) The Fairgrounds also had a firework show, so the girls got to see little and big fireworks! The big fireworks would echo off the mountain, and it just made them ever louder. It was pretty neat.

It got a little chilly at night, but the girls loved watching all the pretty colors!

Digital Scrapbooking

I think im going to start doing Digi-Scrap! I love all the fun papers, and I LOVE that its not messy!

I have NO clue what program I need to get. Photoshop? The $600 program? Or can I get Photoshop Elements that is quite a bit less? Someone, give me the scoop!

Sheep!!

This afternoon, Aaron and I were running a few errands, and the girls had fallen asleep in the car. (once the girls fall asleep in the car, they wont go back to sleep if we move them to their room, and they needed a nap, BAD!) So we decided to take a little drive down to Boulder City. We drove past Hemenway park, and noticed there were some Big Horn Sheep grazing in the grass! We stopped and had to wake the girls up to see all the sheep! They were SO close to the car! The girls loved seeing these up close! (Sorry for the poor quality pictures, I didnt have my regular camera, so these were taken with my phone)

Out and About

We went to the Bass Pro Shops a few weeks ago, to get the girls fishing poles for our upcoming Parowan trip. They just love looking at all the fish and animals in that store! They also enjoyed the rocking chairs on the way out.

I LOVE California Pizza Kitchen. We decided to take the girls there one evening, down at Town Square. We had a window seat, and the girls enjoyed watching the airplanes fly by. This is Claire and Aaron
