6 Months!

Colton boy is 6 months old!
He LOVES his mama!
He rolls over (front to back, back to front)
He loves his sisters
He eats rice, oatmeal w/ bananas, green beans, hates peas.
Does NOT take a bottle.
Still nurses.
Sleeps from 7pm (sometimes will go to bed around 6:30pm) wakes up around 5-7am to eat. naps till 9am
Doesnt really have a regular schedule.
Doesnt snuggle.
Loves to play on the floor with his toys. Prefers his sisters toys though!

Oh my goodness i just LOVE this little boy! He rarely cries, and is so patient! There are mornings when Im running around the house trying to get myself ready, and get the twins ready for school, that he just has to play with his toys for almost 2 hours! He is totally content with doing so. He understands when I have a minute to get to him, I will! He sleeps great still in his crib. I think he sleeps better in my bed though! I only let him sleep with me when he wakes up around 5am to eat. I am SO blessed to have such a happy, healthy baby boy!

Happy New Year!

For New Years we headed up to Parowan to play in the snow. We didnt do anything exciting New Years Eve, we were tired, it was FREEZING outside (it got down to -15 that night!), and again, we were just too tired! Claire and Carlie fell asleep around 8pm, Aaron fell asleep shortly after. I stayed up maybe 12?
Saturday we woke up and played in the snow! We made a small slide in the backyard, but decided we wanted something more serious! We drove around Parowan looking for a somewhat safe hill to slide down, and couldnt find anything. So we headed down to Cedar City, and slid down a hill behind one of the churches. The twins had a BLAST doing that! We were there for almost 2 hours!

Colton boy all bundled up! He had fleece sweats on, longsleeved onsie, short sleeved shirt, snowbibs, fleece sweater, beanie, gloves, and 2 pairs of socks! He had to have been warm right?!

I even went down the hill, WITH Colton! I think he loved it! He didnt cry, and when I turned him around he had a huge smile!

After Coltons one and only run down the hill, we went and stayed warm in the car, while Aaron and the girls kept sledding. They had so much fun! We may have to go back again, rather than building a big slide in our backyard!
The rest of the weekend was spent watching movies, napping, eating, and just enjoying being together as a family!
