Getting pictures of the twins is SO hard! Neither of them sit still. Well, they do, just not at the same time! Carlie (the one on the right, in the shirt with the stripes) makes some of the FUNNIEST faces! Seriously, that kid is hillarious!

My brother Dave and his wife Linda live on the other side of the world! Ok, its just across town, but we dont get to see him as often as we would like. Claire and Carlie LOVE Dave and Linda. They think Dave is a jungle gym ... We love you Dave and Linda!

Happy Valentines Day!!

I have seen this done a few other blogs, so I decided to do it as well! Here is some stuff about MY Valentine! (sorry, that was totally cheesy, but my last name IS Valentine after all!)

What is his name? Aaron Paul

How long have you been together? Almost 7 years.

How long did you date? We dated for 4 months before we got engaged, then we were engaged for a little over a year.

How old is he? 28

Who eats more? Him for sure.

Who said I love you, first? He did.

Who is taller ? He is!

Who can sing better? I can. I have a very vocally talented family, him, not so much! :)

Who is smarter?? Hmm, I am going to have to say HE is.

Who does the laundry? I do. He usually puts his stuff away though.

Who pays the bills? He does. I used to, but he is much better at it!

Who sleeps on the right side? If you are looking at the bed, he sleeps on the right.

Who mows the lawn? We dont have a lawn at the moment!

Who cooks dinner? Aaron cooks pretty much all the time. He really enjoys cooking, so I let him.

Who drives? He does. I am a great driver, but he always drives.

Who is more stubborn? I am.

Who kissed who first? This is debatable. He swears I kissed him, but really, he kissed me!

Who asked who out first? he asked me.

Who proposed? HE did.

Who has more friends? He has the most BEST friends. I have quite a few friends, but his friends are like brothers.

Who has more siblings? I do. I have 4 brothers and sisters, and he has 2 sisters.

Who wears the pants? He does! I just tell him what pair to wear! ;)

Who does the dishes? I do most of the time, but he does them a lot.

Who is more likely to admit when they are wrong? We are both pretty good at admitting when we are wrong.

Why do you love your husband? I love Aaron because he puts up with all my crap! I always say he got the short end of the deal by marrying me! Aaron is a GREAT Father, he totally loves hanging out with the twins. They adore him! Aaron makes me laugh all the time! He's just great!

Fun at the Park!

Its been SO nice outside this week, so we took the twins to the Mission Hills park yesterday. Claire LOVED going down the slide! Carlie, not so much. But Carlie just enjoyed running around with her purple ball.

Pictures from the weekend!

Aarons Grandparents have a house in Parowan that doesnt get used all winter long, (actually they are only there a few weeks in the summer) Anyway, we go up every year and play in the snow. This year the twins were old enough to really know that we were going to play in the snow and had been talking about building snowmen all month! My parents, and 2 of my sisters came also, we had a blast! Here are some pictures!

Aaron and I on the slopes! We decided to go night boarding. It was only $12, from 3:30 - 9pm. The weather was great, and we were able to get a few good runs down the mountain before it got too cold. This was my first time EVER snowboarding ... I think I did ok. On my first run down the mountain, I fell pretty bad, and got the wind knocked out of me! But after that I did better. Dont get me wrong, I still spent more time falling than actually snowboarding, but I had a blast!

Keri and I taking a little rest... jk, we both fell, this is where we spent most of our time! Trying to get back up! My arms, shoulders and neck are SOOOOOOO stinkin sore! We wore wrist gaurds, but my wrists still hurt pretty bad! We had a great time, and I look forward to going snowboarding more often!

We left a little later than usual on Sunday, and it started snowing really bad as we were loading up the cars. It took 2 hours to get from Parowan, to St George! There was a ton of snow in St. George even! It was nuts!

Parowan here we come!

Tomorrow we are headed out to Parowan for the weekend! The twins have been counting down the days until we get to go build a snowman! We will be going tubing, taking the girls sledding, eating lots of good food, (thanks to my amazing cook/husband!) and I am going to try snowboarding. My family is going up with us, so we will definatly be having a good time! (And mom and dad watch the twins, while everyone goes tubing/snowboarding) We are also going to try to get a good family portrait while we are up there. Good times!

Blankies

Claire and Carlie have been attached to the same blankies, for as long as I can remember. Sad thing is, these blankies are getting GROSS! Claire has a few holes in hers, and Carlie's is starting to get holey as well. Aaron's Grandma Olds, thinks these blankies are hideous, and decided to make them quilts! The girls aren't attached to the quilts yet, but im sure they will be eventually! Thanks Grandma Olds!
